Shipping, Returns and Payments

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details:

Please read the product descriptions thoroughly. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your item, please don't hesitate to contact me within 7 days of purchase to arrange the return of the goods. Once I have received the goods in their original condition, a replacement or refund can be made. Buyer pays return postage.

If an order arrives damaged or faulty, please send photographic proof of the damage and it will be replaced or all costs refunded.

I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post, but should this happen I will try my best to rectify the situation.

Please ensure that you check and use the correct delivery address before submitting your order.

Payment:

The following methods of credit/debit card payments are accepted:

Paypal, Stripe

Items will be shipped within 3 days of receiving confirmation of payment. You will receive an email when your iem is being shipped.

Do contact me if there are any problems.I aim to ship most days, though occasionally this isn't always possible. Please let me know if you need an item quickly & I will do my best to ship as soon as I am able.

UK ORDERS:

All items are posted with Royal Mail or via a courier, depending on the size of your order.

Your order will be posted using standard 2nd class with proof of postage, therefore I am unable to provide a tracking number for you. If you require tracking please let me know before placing your order and I can inform you of the extra cost. I will send you the tracking information once the order is dispatched. 

UK 2nd Class mail should arrive within 5 business days from shipping date. If an order does not arrive within 2 weeks please let me know and I will look into it. Please allow extra time around holiday periods or if you have a deadline.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE UK):

My web shop currently only sells within the UK. If you are overseas please visit my ETSY SHOP where all products are available worldwide
Customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.
